This permission is required to ensure the driver can effectively and accurately continue receiving new requests while they are waiting for rides (even when not actively using the app screen).

Control: Drivers can stop sharing location data at any time by toggling the "On Duty" status or revoking location permission in the device settings.

B. For Riders (Customers):

Rider location data is collected when using the app to set pick-up and drop-off locations, and during an ongoing trip for tracking and safety purposes.
Rider location data is NOT collected when the app is closed or not in use.
